3. Using CremateConnect as a Consumer

When you submit a request:

• Those providers may contact you directly using the contact details you provided
• You are never obligated to respond, choose a provider, or move forward with services

Submitting a request is free.

3.2 No Obligation or Pressure

Using CremateConnect does not:

• Commit you to any service
• Require payment
• Create a contract between you and any provider

You remain fully in control of your decisions.

4. Communications From Providers

If you submit a request, you may be contacted by providers via:

• Phone
• Text message
• Email

Providers are independent businesses and communicate directly with you. CremateConnect does not control their pricing, availability, or service offerings.

If you wish to stop communication, you may notify the provider directly.

5. What CremateConnect Is Not Responsible For

While we aim to connect you with reputable providers, please understand that:

• Providers operate independently
• CremateConnect does not guarantee:

  • Pricing
  • Outcomes
  • Quality of services
• Any agreements, services, or payments are solely between you and the provider

CremateConnect is not responsible for disputes, service issues, or dissatisfaction with a provider.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and respectful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to interfere with the Platform

We may restrict access if the Platform is used inappropriately.
